Accidental anal sex

Unread post by misinformed »

My boyfriend and I were teasing each other and he accidentally entered my anal area once before I freaked out and rolled over in pain. I'm bleeding now. What should I do? My parents are strict and I know I can't tell them. Could I get an infection or something?

Another thing: This was completely unplanned and I'm a female and he's a male. Could I get a vaginal infection because of the bleeding?

Anal tissue is very delicate stuff, and unlike the vagina, it doesn't produce its own lubrication, so it's easy to injure. As far as STIs and bacterial infections go, anal sex is high risk. When you add blood to the picture, health risks are also increased. If you experience bleeding after anal sex do consider seeing your doctor, especially if you're having any pain. You don't have to explain to your parents why there's bleeding, just that there is. The doctor cant share that with them because you're the patient.
If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.

Thank you, if bleeding keeps occurring or if the pain doesn't go away I'll head to the doctor. If he was wearing a condom does that reduce the risk? Just wondering.

Hi misinformed,

Yes, a condom would help reduce the risk.

Would you be willing to tell me a little more about how he ended up penetrating you? You mention teasing, what does that look like for you two?

I'm glad there's less of a risk, it was accidental and both of our faults. I mentioned trying a new position where I was laying down while he was standing and holding my legs. We were rubbing technically? And things got intense during this rubbing and he accidentally went in the wrong hole once. Everything seems better now though, the bleeding stopped but the pain is still there, although it hurts less than it did the first day.

Ah, okay, thank you for clarifying. Glad to hear the bleeding has stopped. If the pain isn't gone in a few days, it still might be good to check in with doctor like Stephanie mentioned
