Hi, Scarleteen!
My periods are usually 5-7 long but this cycle I only got 3 days which worried me. Although my first 2 days were very heavy (that bleeding normally happens to me in 3 days) and then on my third day, it was medium to light.
I had no sexual activity ever since January. I'm currently stressed because it's almost the end of the semester.

This doesn't sound like any cause for concern. Sometimes, periods can be a bit different to what they usually are, even for the most regular of people. No-one on earth is going to have the same kind of period every single cycle!
Too, when we're stressed, we often have some changes to our sleeping, eating, activity or relaxation habits. Any of those kinds of changes can make cycles and bleeds a bit different to usual.
