Hurt my penis and I don't know what to do

My first time geting a blow job and her first time giving one something went wrong. It was painful I had to ask her to stop. the bottom side of my penis by the head is very red and sore it hurts to touch and there's a tiny scab on it. It's bin like this for a few days now it's very painful if it rubs my underwear or I touch it I don't know what to do. I can't tell my parents. Do I need to go to the doctor could it be a std? How do I get it to stop hurting

If this has been going on for several days and is not improving, then your best option is to go to the doctor. They should be able to tell you what's going on and help you figure out how to treat the issue.

I really can't tell my parents what happened. And I can't go to the doctor without them. School is out for the summer so I can't go to the nurse. I don't know what to do

You don't necessarily need to tell them all the details. You can say you're having a rash that you're worried about and you need to see a doctor to get it checked out.

I think I could tell my mom that and she will not ask to see it. Can I tell the doctor that it's a rash? My mom likes to ask a million questions every time I'm sick.

So, putting aside the need to maybe lie to your parents about what happened, I would say that lying to your doctor would not be helpful. If they know it was an injury caused by a human mouth, that would help them figure out how to treat it. And as a doctor, they're not supposed to tell your parents if you tell them not to, as far as I know. So your mom wouldn't find out.
