Stupid Questions About Sex

Sorry if this sounds really basic and stupid but long story short I kept switching schools so I never had a sex ed class. My mom told me some things about sex but I think she forgot some things. Anyway, I'm just curious, if a man and a woman have intercourse, what do they do? I've heard of men thrusting but what does the women do, just lay there? I think they touch each other too but I'm not sure.

Also, any recommendations for a sex ed 101 book or anything? I've been exploring articles here and that's been helpful but I feel I need something that has a beginning, middle, and end, if that makes any sense. I'm 22, I feel like I should know this stuff by now.

There really is no how-to guide for having sex - it is different for everyone! (and by the way, there is never any stupid sex question! I'm glad you asked )
