Hello there,
I just had a quick question regarding my birth control. On Monday I managed to lose my pack of pills (I was traveling), but I was on my last week of pills (the placebo ones). So I didn't take any pills for the rest of the week. I got my period like normal and everything. So today I began my new pack as I normally would. I just wanted to make sure that it's okay that I didn't take anything for those 5 days. I know it's probably a silly question. I just wanted to double check.
Thank you so much for your help!

Re: Birth Control question
You can take the placebos or skip them, anytime.
What's just important, whichever someone chooses, is that they start the next pack of pills no later than seven days (the time of most pack's placebo periods) after they took their last active pill of the previous pack.
