Pregnancy scare

Hi, about a month ago I was giving a guy a hj and there was pre-ejaculation on my hand then I went to the washroom and didn't wash my hands before I went. Can you get pregnant from that? I went last week and got a pregnancy test and it came back negative but I'm still freaking out , can worrying be giving me the symptoms
