Spotting and condom tests

Hi Mangoandcream,

With the light bleeding you experienced, it's hard to say for certain what caused it, but one possibility is that it's a signal that your period is coming, especially if it's accompanied by PMS symptoms.

You also mentioned testing the condom with water after use. That's actually something we don't recommend people do, as filling a condom with water can cause tears that weren't there during intercourse, which causes people unnecessary stress. Too, a condom tearing will be very noticeable, so there's no need to test with water.

Thanks for your response :)
I was only concerned if it was implantation bleed or just old blood from trauma in the past :o

Its a very small amount as well and lasted for not even over 20 mins ? :/ and completely gone today. i wouldnt say it was similar to a brown spot that would normally appear before period. But I'll try and wait for my period to arrive hopefully

Hi,
Are condoms really effective with pull out? I just want to know your thoughts about it as I've read alot of crazy stuff online of how people still get pregnant with condoms even if it didnt break and they had it on the whole time before and after any genital contact @_@ . Thanks
