Light brown bleed 5 days after protected sex before period

Hi Im still pretty new here I just wanted to ask some questions. I just had protected intercourse (only condoms no pills etc.) with my SO about 5 days ago (29/10). We used a condom and he pulled out before he ejaculated and there were no tears or semen spilling out of the condom. When we first did it on that day, I bled a little bit there was a pinkish light red discharge and later on followed by a light brown discharge. I was thinking that was just a rupture on the vaginal wall as we both are still working and finding our way with sex. Now 5 days after that, I experienced a light brown bleed that not even lasted for an hour... Im just worried if this is implantation bleeding? I have googled so much images about it and it's really made me worried because it looks a little similar and I am also experiencing PMS like symptoms , bloated for over a few days I look pregnant -.-
but how can it be? This quick? I am expecting my period to come at maybe on the 7th or 8th of November this month :/
Another info to add was we also sort of had sex on the (11/10) but he didnt really cum and we used a condom and did a water test to see if there were tears or breaks but no.
I just also want to say that everytime we did it the condom is on before any genital contact towards the end of the intercourse. And we both always make sure that it was correctly put on and we always sanitize or wash our hands before putting it on him.
I just need to clear my mind Im so worried :/
