Period and sex

I am 19 recently lost my virginity to a 19 year old guy. We have sex but he doesn't release inside me ever. A few months later my period flow has increased a lot and also my cramps. I usually have cramps but not as bad as they are currently. Is this related to sex? Also I often give him a blowjob and swallow the semen.
Fluctuation in period flow and symptoms is very common for the first several years of menstruation. You can also always talk to your doctor if the cramps are really bad, and they can help you figure out something to minimize the pain.
