I am 16 and figured out that rubbing my legs together can make me orgasm, but thats it. I have tried other types of masturbation with my hands and know where everything is but when I touch my vulva with my hands it doesnt really feel like anything. It's hard when my partner wants to finger me but I dont really respond because I don't really feel anything. Is there something wrong with me?

People's bodies respond to different things different ways, so there is nothing "wrong" with you if this particular action doesn't feel good (too, the vulva itself is not usually what people find to be the most sensitive part of their genitals. That's usually the clitoris). If it's something you don't enjoy, you can also tell your partner that you'd prefer not to engage in it.
