People's bodies respond to different things different ways, so there is nothing "wrong" with you if this particular action doesn't feel good (too, the vulva itself is not usually what people find to be the most sensitive part of their genitals. That's usually the clitoris). If it's something you don't enjoy, you can also tell your partner that you'd prefer not to engage in it.
