im a 36 C and ive been kinda weirded out for a while about my breasts. sometimes my nipples are puffy and big which im very insecure about, but other times my nipples will get smaller and pinker and my breasts will be fuller and look good. it usually depends on temperature but not always and it makes me worried. i dont want my breasts to be puffy, is the puffyness just a stage and is the smaller, pinker nipples what theyre turning into? (note: my nipples arent hard when theyre like that. they just change. my nipples get a whole other way when theyre hard so i know the difference.) Thanks!

Some people find that they have breast changes in terms of fullness or sensitivity at different points of their menstrual cycle, and it's also possible that you're still undergoing some breast growth as puberty progresses. No, simply having your breasts touched will not cause them to change. As Mo mentioned above, breast changes can be due to your menstrual cycle or things like puberty.

At the moment my Areolas / Nipples are very puffy and sit out quite a bit from my breasts, am a 32A.
