Wearing a collar in public spaces.

Awhile ago an ex of mine had bought me a loose fitting collar for christmas. Although, it's more of an emotional thing than a sexual thing for me. I wore almost the entire school year, until my grandmother had took it away from me. It was a studded black leather collar with a ring in the center, and a snap closure in the back. I'm pissed my grandmother took it, but ehh...

I am sorry your grandmother took it off you! Is there anything concerning you about it? I know that would upset me, and I would need to do some self care.

For the most part, I'm okay. Just upset over it due to the fact even after me and that ex broke up, the collar still had a lot meaning to me.

That's totally understandable - even if the person isn't in our life anymore, objects that were gifts can still have a lot of significance. Is there anything you need from us around this? (As Jacob mentioned, some self-care might be in order, but if there's anything we can do to help, just say so!)

Well, the closest thing I have to the collar is a dreamcatcher necklace I got based off of one of my friends quotes, an original one from them.
