my age is 16 and iam realy sex aggressive. i do hand job daily i want to control myself i got addicted to it give any solution to control this. do any thing happen to me if i hand job means do i get weaker.plz help me

Hey there, najeeb. It sounds to me like you are talking about masturbation: do I have that right?

If so, are you saying you feel you cannot control when and if you masturbate -- that even when you do not WANT to, it is like you cannot stop yourself? Or are you saying you do only masturbate when you want to, but you are concerned that is not okay?

Hi najeeb,

Having a habit of masturbating isn't a bad thing and doesn't cause any harm. That means it doesn't make you weaker or anything like that.

It can feel like you don't have control when really you have mixed feelings. If you have been told masturbation harms you or makes you physically/emotionally/sexually 'weaker' it will make you very confused and that makes decisions about masturbation really difficult. Even more it just isn't true! Also, anxiety around masturbation probably means you think about it a lot, so it might become less of a distraction when you have a more relaxed attitude to it.

The simple solution is that you masturbate when you'd like to, enjoy it and focus on making sure you are safe rather than on trying to completely stop. Being safe means making sure you have privacy (that you are in your own space) and making sure you are spending time on the other things on your life which are important to you.
