Am I pregnant

I'm 17 about to be 18 and last week on a Sunday I had unprotected sex with a guy who did ejaculate in me but right after word I was on my knees and it dripped out I also wiped it out and when I got home I took a long shower the next day I had got my period and it lasted how it normally does ... now I'm in the next week I haven't spotted or nothing like that I only been feeling nausea and my tummy hurts but I think it's in my head I don't know what to do am I or could I have gotten pregnant
