Mindfulness Help?

Mindfulness practices and exercises are strongly associated with helping people manage anxiety, work through interpersonal conflict, nurture and support self-esteem, and get a better handle on what they want and need, and just where they're at in terms of their own feelings.
Is this something any of you would like some help or coaching with? It's one of these things that is in my wheelhouse, and I keep seeing some users who it seems to me could benefit from learning some basic practices, so if anyone wants that kind of help, give a shout!
