I Am confuzzled and don't know what to do

I am 14 almost 15 and i have yet to have a wet dream or cum i have tried masturbating but all that comes out is *piss* i am getting worried because i feel like i am developing everywhere accept my voice and my penis could someone explain why this is happening or if you've had a experience like this share it and how you got through it. Thanks

Puberty is something that takes place over a number of years, and at what age it starts and ends varies widely. Not all people are the same, so it would be hard to expect the same from everyone. I can understand feeling worried but I really don't think you have to. If you have a doctor or a healthcare provider, this is something that you can always bring up tp them.
