Dry humping

Hello please don't lock this thread
This is NOT a pregnancy scare
I'm just wondering why there is no risk of pregnancy while dry humping if you are clothed as clothes do have holes so can't semen and sperm soak through and potentailally pose a risk?
Again this is not a pregnancy scare. I'm just curios about the "whys and why not"
