Cut on clitoris skin

Hello!
My boyfriend and I were fooling around and doing our usual stuff. We usually like to start off with some manual sex like stimulation to my clitoris, normal play and all. He was a little bit rough near the start but I didn't feel pain because I was only feeling pleasure. However, after a few hours I later noticed some discomfort coming from my clitoris area and checked it out. There seems to be a red area near the tip of my clitoris that is hidden under the hood. Touching it gives a veeeery unpleasent feeling. The skin is red and looks like a sort of cut or maybe some slightly torn skin; there is no blood present.
Is there any way I can help it heal faster and minimize some of the sensitive discomfort? Is this small injury anything to be very worried about?

Just try to keep the area clean and wear cotton underwear if posible so your skin can breath and heal faster. Genital skin is way more sensitive than any other area of our bodies so, for next time, just making sure your partner has their nails well trimmed and making sure you have enough lubrication (lube is your best friend!) should help you to avoid injuries like this.
