Taking birth control correctly
So I'm taking Tri-linyah as birth control and I finished my first pack which provides pills for four weeks. There was a specific way to take the first ones and it caused me to spot all those four weeks. My period came along, and it ended and I stopped spotting completely as I took the new pack. Is there a specific way to take this second pack or should I just continue what I was doing? Is the spotting gone or did it signify that the Birth control was working on me?

Hi Muidet,
You should continue taking the pill as directed (those directions could come from the pill pack itself, or from the healthcare provider who gave it to you).

And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
