Something came out of my vagina

A weird thing happened to me when I was taking a bath, I sneezed and this thing came out. I took it out of the water and it was like an inch long, maybe a cm wide at its widest. It was essentially colourless and had no odor. It didn't break apart if I pushed on it.
I haven't been sexually active in over a year. I did start a new birth control pill and I'm on the first week of my second pack, so my period did just end. The thing that came out was not bloody though. This really freaked me out, should I be concerned?

Every other time anything of significant size has come out like this it's always been while on my period and been much thinner and less jelly like in its consistency, just my uteruine lining sluffing off, but this seems very different

It just sounds to me like some thicker discharge (and one of the ways hormonal methods like the pill work is by thickening cervical mucus, so discharge getting pretty pasty isn't unusual).
