induced male lactation?

out of pure curiosity, is there any safe way to reliably induce lactation in a cisgender man without messing around with hormones?

Assuming we're talking about cis men, then reliably? Nope. From what I've read, there has been occasional success with manual stimulation of the nipples. Here's a decent article about it: http://www.slate.com/articles/health_an ... _milk.html
