Plan B + Birth Control

How will I know that plan b has worked if I am on birth control. Because I know that when you take birth control is a withdrawal bleed and not a true period. Please help. I had two periods one a week before my withdrawal bleed and one the week I was expecting it. Since then I have had 4 normal withdrawal bleeds. What are my chance S of being pregnant and not knowing. Technically I would be 17 weeks pregnant. No symptoms so far and tummy has not changed any. Not even hard. Someone help please. Any advice is appreciated
