Condom Usage

I have a couple questions regarding the use of condoms. I know they are 98% effective in a year of perfect use, and the likelihood of becoming pregnant after using one perfect is very unlikely. However, if the condom is not used perfectly (breaking or slipping off) is it something noticeable for both partners?

Hey Daisy, yep, if it slips off, the condom won't be there any-more, so that will be visible. Likewise if it breaks, it will be a big split. Basically if the condom is still there and intact when you're done then you can know that it was effective.

Also imperfect use refers to not putting it on correctly etc... slippage or breakage is the ways condom fail to work i.e. that 2% so if those things don't happen the condom is basically 100% doing it's thing!
