Penis foreskin

I am 15 years old and when my penis gets erected it's foreskin doesn't moves any place and remains as it is. Is it normal for Me?

Most people with foreskins are able to retract them at least partially at your age. This doesn't necessarily mean there's any sort of problem but it's something that's worth mentioning to your doctor on your next visit. If there's any pain or discomfort associated with your foreskin not retracting, then it may be worth making an appointment specifically to discuss this; otherwise you can probably just wait until your next general checkup.
