Ok start off by saying about 7 months ago or so I got tested randomly and I had chlamydia! I was pretty sure I was tested before my partner but not 100% so I couldn't entirely blame him cause he wasn't tested so maybe he got it from previous partners. I was still pissed about the whole thing. And today I had an infection and went to doctor and results said I had chlamydia!!!!!! I don't know what to think at this point the last time I had it I went to the doctor twice after and got tested to make sure it was gone and it was so now I have it again? And my boyfriend said he got his cleared to so how do I have it again?

Welcome to the boards. :) Sorry it's for this reason!

So, assuming you don't have any other sexual partners besides this one, there are a few possibilities here, and I'm afraid some of them suck.

1) You contracted Chlamydia again sometimes before your partner told you they got tested and treated and were tested and treated (by not using condoms: condoms, so long as they don't break or slip off, can provide 100% protection from infections like this, just so you know to start changing your habits now).
2) Your partner was dishonest with you: they didn't get tested, treated or both.
3) If you have an agreement to be sexually exclusive, your partner has had sex outside your relationship, and has done so without using condoms just like they aren't using them with you.

If you are going to stay with this person as a sexual partner, I can't advise you enough to start using condoms every time, ASAP. Maybe you want to try and work all this out or figure out what is going on, and want to have sex in the meantime, but if you want to do that without taking big risks of continuing to either pass this infection back and forth OR get another if he's bringing infections to you from someone else, do yourself a favor, and only do it with condoms, okay?
