I accidentally touched my cervix when checking for the paragard iud strings and it hurt a little, the strings are in place but since I touched the cervix, is there a chance I dislodged it? Or is this a non issue?

Nope, just touching the cervix isn't going to dislodge your IUD - you should be fine.
