Hi,
I finished taking the 7 day Monistat on Saturday and it says to wait 7 days before having sex but do they mean during the 7 days of treatment or to wait 7 days after finishing the treatment?

If and when someone is dealing with a yeast infection, the best is to hold off from intercourse (or even manual sex) until you finish the treatment AND all the symptoms disappear completely.
