So, I have interest in pet play, specifically kitten play, but I'm not sure about ideas with it. And I've been growing in interest for bondage where I have two choices, both of which may be uncomfortable.

With pet play, have you found any communities of people engaged in it who you could ask questions of?

Pet play is something I've recently got into, so no.

And, I mean, like bondage that might... let's say, squatting with like clamps or something on, I could stand up and avoid the strain in my muscles, but pull on the clamps. And vice versa.

Okay, so my recommendation would be to see if you can find some information or communities on pet play that you can start getting advice from.

It seems like something that could help with bondage comfort might be cushions or similar to help make the positions more comfortable.

Well, when I'm doing that kind of bondage, I usually don't have comfort in mind.

Fair enough, so long as you're taking precautions against injury, you should be set.

Most likely, just muscle pulls might happen, except in cases where other hazards exist. (Like possibly a broken bone, sprain, ect. ect.)

I've been looking into kitten play info, and I really want to get gear for it. I'm not really sure how, though.

Are the items things you could get at more general stores? Or are they specific to fetish or sex toy stores?

Some I could possibly get at general stores (ears, collar, and maybe stuff to DIY the rest of the gear.)

That would be the place to look, although you may want to come up with a plan ahead of time for ways to prevent your grandmother or mom from discovering them.

May I ask if anyone may know any good diy tutorials for things like these?

Maybe the collar, and ears. The tails are bit of a long shot. The collar would be more of a show collar I can wear in public rather than a functional collar.

With the ears at least there might be some simple sewing/crafting patterns or tutorials online; a google search for something like "cat ear pattern" should turn up at least a few results.

What about a collar tutorial?

There's a decent chance that there would be a youtube tutorial to help you make that one (there are youtube tutorials on seemingly everything).

Try googling "paracord dog collar". Obviously, you don't have to use paracord, you can use soft ropes if you prefer. But tutorials on paracord patterns are available everywhere. Since you're looking for show-y styles, this gives you the opportunity to experiment with different patterns, depending on how good you are in weaving. If you're looking for a collar that is more like a belt than using plastic buckles, google "paracord belts" instead. I'm sure you get the idea

Is it safe to use a dog or cat collar?

The issue there would likely be finding one that fit you comfortably. The benefit of something like confusedone described is that you could tailor it to fit your neck so that is was comfortable and safe to wear.

Okay, well, considering I'm a small bean, finding one that fits wouldn't be too hard.

for collars there are many options you could also use a choker many of those now-a-days have a bondagy feel and look as for a tail i am not sure if you would want to create a butt plug one but you could make a belt one just get some fur that matches your ears from the craft section and create a tail shape that you like then you could do an elastic ribbon or rope what every you are comfortable with as a belt (you night need some type of closure with other materials that are not elastic) other things you could do if you want is get some pleather from the craft store and get some metal rings that will be some wear near the purse making section and then get a charm and could create a BDSM style collar if you want

I have done a lot of research in this topic it being something I am sexually interested in
