What can precum do?

So I was curious what the role of pre ejaculate fluid is;
1) can it cause pregnancy
2) what happens if it gets on your hands and you touch your girlfriend (does is have a risk)?
3) does washing your hands kill/ neutrulize precum
4) does it survive outside of the body?
5) what happens if I don't ejaculate, have precum on my hands, wipe my hands with tissue, then touch my girlfriend? (Not immediate touching)
