Is my contraceptive not as effective now?
Hi so I've left my combined birth control pills in a van all yesterday. They were with my luggage in a sandwhich bag. It was windy and around 20 degrees C and dropped to 8 degrees C. It was sunny. The next day the same thing but it got to six degrees. Are they still effective or should I use a new pack?

Hi iskyley,
It's unlikely that your pills have been compromised, but if you're concerned I would call your pharmacist and ask for their recommendation.

And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
