There are a few possible directions to take with this situation, so I'll suggest a few and you can see what might suit you, and then we can help you figure out how to go about it. Okay?
Would you like to get more comfortable with touching menstrual blood? What is it about bloody fingers that you don't like or that's a turn-off for you?
Would you like any suggestions for how to get tampons without your parents' involvement? You do have the right to use whichever sanitary products you want to use, as it's your body.
Would you like any help with talking to your parents about tampons? Have they said what their objections are?

Blood is easily washed off hands and fingers with soap and water; if getting blood on sheets or bedding is a concern, you can put down a towel beforehand and then just toss it in the wash.
Per getting tampons, do you want to talk to your parents about trying them, or would you like to find a way to get them on your own?

Getting them on my own seems easier then talking to them

Pretty much any drug store or grocery store is going to have tampons available. As long as you have some money of your own and a way to get to a store, it should be easy to get them. Can I ask why your parents will not let you get tampons yet?

It could be worth trying to talk to them, but if you feel like this isn't something they'll budge on, then as Sam said your other option is to get to a store yourself and get some tampons on your own. (Sometimes women's washrooms in public places have vending machines with tampons and pads; you might be able to get a couple that way too.)
