One last thing. I just recently switched to a new brand of birth control pills (mirvala) and upon reading the pamphlet it says that vitamin b12 can affect the pill. I've taken 2 of those vitamins this past week and now I'm really worried.

I'm going to go ahead and close this thread, since in your previous one you agreed with Karyn not to focus on the details of things like birth control for a bit to help you break the anxiety loop.
