When people buy abusive parents justiying certain actions, because they are "concerned..."

Like for example, my grandmother saying isolating me is to protect me for "bad influences" or something.(Not an actual reason why.) Like some of this shit frustrates me so much.
Hope you are finding some time for self-care...maybe try something from this list that you've never tried before?
