Can I still be pregnant after this?

So, my boyfriend ejaculated on my genitals but not inside (this happened on May), i was in the middle of my cycle so i took the emergency pill 33hours after, my period came 3 days before expected and was quite lighter than usual so a week after i took a urine test and came back negative, after that i took like 5 more tests and all of them came back negative, on June my period came too and was normal, on July to be on the safe side i went to the gynecologist and he did me an ultrasound ( if i were pregnant i would be on week 11) he didn´t say a baby or even a gestational sac but he did ask me if my period was about to come, i imagine that was because my endometrium was thickened but for me to be relaxed he made me to take a blood test which came back negative, and the doctor was right, my period came the next week. The thing is that i don´t have any common symptoms and at first i didn´t think i was and then searching on the internet i discover that some women their pregnancy can´t be detected due to the low levels of hcg, or some of them still get their period during their pregnancy as my mom aunt... so i don´t know what to think
