period
I'm supposed to be starting my period in about a week but when I got to the bathroom and wipe there's little orange/red balls of something. I have no idea what they are. I don't know if that means my periods coming sooner or not. I'm confused.

Re: period
Hi Janelle,
I'd take a look at this article to see if any of the descriptions match what you're seeing Honorably Discharged: A Guide to Vaginal Secretions . If this type of discharge is one you've never seen before, has a bad smell, and is accompanied by any other symptoms (like pain) then it's sound to check in with a healthcare provider to see what's going on.
You mentioned tracking your period. Are you using an app to track it, or the Fertility Awareness Method?

And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
