I am so sorry but...I need help on seeing if I am doing things right. I jerk off 3 to 4 times a day and I spurt out white stuff and it has a smell. I am 13 and my dick is only 4.5 inches long. The white stuff you're seeing is likely ejaculate (or pre-ejaculate if it happens early on while you're masturbating). As for the surprise erections, that's pretty common for someone who is hitting puberty. It is ok, even if you jerk more nothing bad will happen, just jerk as much as you need.
