Pregnancy scared!

Hello! I am nineteen and I never had sexual intercourse...
On the 9th/10th August I was with my boyfriend at my place... we messed around quite a lot...
I brough him to orgasm orally/ manually a few times. Afterwards we would clean up with tissues and he would finger me. However, because it happened a few times and neither of us was thinking straight, I can't remember whether his hands were always sperm free at all times. We didn't really wash our hands but we dried them with tissues and a minute later he would finger me. His hands were definitely not dripping though...
I had my period on the 23rd July, but I never kept records of my periods so I don't know how long is my cycle / when to expect my period.
I have been feeling really strange. It feels like I have been PMSing for almost a week! Gas, strange bowel movements, even cramps and headaches. I am terrified that I am pregnant!!!
Please help me. Is it possible to get pregnant this way? And if I am, is it possible that I already have symptoms?
Thank you!
