Stomach issues on pill

Hello,
I am on Mirvala 21 birth control. I have been really stressed out and have been having diarrhea for the past week. I have had around 2-3 very liquid stools a day. I take my pill at night, and never miss one. I have the loose stools in the morning, around 12 hours after I took the pill? Do these count as miss pills?

12 is most likely going to be enough time for your body to have absorbed your pill completely; you don't have to treat these as missed pills. Any time you're worried about your pill's effectiveness being compromised, though, you can always use a backup method of birth control as well, such as condoms; that way you have two forms of protection so if something happens and one form is impacted to some extent, you have another one picking up the slack. :)

So if it is 12 hours, it doesn't matter about how many I had in the day?

Yep! The pill is absorbed within 2-3 hours of being taken, so having diarrhea 12 hours later is not going effect it.
And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
