Does direct contact classify if there was sperm on toilet paper and you used it to dry yourself off after urination?

Nope, direct contact is:

Direct (with no clothing, at all, covering anyone's genitals) genital-to-genital contact between someone with a penis and someone with a vulva, such as genital intercourse or otherwise rubbing genitals together OR direct contact with ejaculate (semen) and the vulva, vaginal opening or anus.

So it has to be he has ejaculted on your vagina/vulva there and then? It can't be he ejaculated on your toilet roll then a half hour later you wiped with it after urination?

Just like Sam said, direct means from one person's body to another person's body without anything in between. A toilet roll isn't a body part.

Can I just double check, so there is definitely no way a pregnancy could occur from sperm being on toilet paper or the toilet seat?

We've already made out answer to that clear, so I am going to go ahead and close this thread.
