Hi all,
I will like to know when is the safe period for me to have sex with my gf. Below is her past 6 months period date that we recorded together.
April 1st, May 5th, June 5th, July 10th, Aug 10th, Sept 18th.
Based on the date above, it is like getting later and later. So how to calculate the safe period so that my gf won't get pregnant if we were to have sex without condom.
I have a friend who told me that it is safe to have unprotected sex 3-5 days before the period date or within 7 days starting from the period date. And to be safer, use withdrawal method. Can I trust this?

Re: Safe Period
The only way to know when someone is ovulating (and thus, when unprotected sex should be avoided) is through checking basal temperature and cervical mucus daily, and charting to keep track of the menstrual cycle. If your partner is interested in doing that, she can get an introduction to how it works here: Get With the Flow: All About FAM
