Help Needed: Does She Like Me Back?

Howdy folks,

I have to admit. I have really bad social skills and I fear rejection from girls. Sigh.... I am secretly in love with this girl, and I am looking for signs if she might be interested in me or not.

I am Googling and Googling and I found some great sites that deal with these signs such as:

They all say that I should look on body language, signs of flirting like playing with hair and licking her lips but I dont know, these dont seem to me to be the most reliable signs.

Any tips from members that are experienced with pick up and dating? Is there anybody that can help me with this?

The best and most effective way to find out if someone is interested in you is to ask them (either asking them if they reciprocate your feelings or asking them if they'd like to go on a date with you). It can be an intimidating option, but ultimately it's the only way you're going to know for sure if someone is interested. Relying on small body language cues and other supposed "sure signs" that she's interested leaves a lot of room for misunderstandings.
