i’m really embarrassed
hi! so i’m really nervous about asking this because i’m so embarrassed by it but whenever i’m on my period i get uncontrollable queefs. it’s always when i wake up and they go on for up to 10 minutes at a time. is this normal?!

Welcome to scarleteen... my guess would be that that your pelvic muscles are probably tensing and such from your cramps which might result in some air getting-in/releasing.
If you're not noticing any strong smells or questionable discharge I think you can suppose that everything going on is perfectly healthy.
