I also add that my penis has a left tilt, is it ok? And is masturbation in any way related to facial , body and pubic hair growth?

And yes, a slight tilt is perfectly normal and alright. And masturbation has no influence on hair growth.

I masturbate using left hand. Is it the cause of tilt.

No, that wouldn't cause the tilt. Many penises tilt a little in one direction or another, and it's a completely natural variation that can't be changed and is nothing to be concerned about.
