Diarrhea

Hi,
I know you usually don't answer my questions due to my anxiety around the pill, but I genuinely need guidance. I have 1 bout of diarrhea yesterday 2 hours after taking my pill. It wasn't watery, but it had no shape. Should I have treated it like a missed pill and taken another? If so, should I just take one now even though it's been past 12 hours?
