I have my period for the first time starting a new brand of pills. My blood is a brownish color. is that normal?

Hi summergirlxo,

Yep, it's common for period discharge (or in your case a withdrawal bleed, as that's what you get while on the pill) to have a brown tint from time to time.
And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
