Does mutual masturbation make you sexually active ?

While that activity may not be considered sex by some, we would certainly describe mutual masturbation as sexual activity, since we define sex as being any number of things that people freely choose to do to express or enact their sexuality. Edited to add: If someone, like a healthcare provider, is using that term in a sexual health setting, they're specifically asking if you've been sexual with someone else, not just yourself.

I have triee that and it still doesn't work

I reposted the response for you from those locked threads (and I really don't know or understand why you can't see them: this is never something anyone has reported before, and I have logged out of my account to check this issue and am seeing them just fine as an anonymous user) above, regardless.

Well it has the locked thingy on it and it says that y'all cant answer my question because someone has already posted about it and that yall cant answer questions about this
