Does taking more than one pill a day decrease the effectiveness and does it affect the withdrawal bleed?

That dose will have been recommended because it works best for most people. So please stick to the recommended amount. I can't really know what it would do to the pills effectiveness in your body but this doesn't need to be a question if you follow the instructions on your medication.
