Can pregnancy be possible if someone ejaculated on your underwear or trousers without your knowing and then you put them on without realising there was ejaculate on them?

Here's a big piece that explains all that is needed for a pregnancy to occur for you, which includes the answer to this kind of question:
Human Reproduction: A Seafarer's Guide.

So that would mean it's not possible?
Because if someone had did that it would be soaked into the fabric making the sperm unable to move?
And because it is also indirect transfer yeah?

It will usually take someone way more than ten minutes or less to read a piece that big with that much detail, so I'm guessing at best you skimmed it super-fast.
I'd really like it if you would take the time to really read that instead of asking the same question again here, please.

Sorry, I apologise, it's just I have read that piece before a couple of time before I had asked this question, I just wanted to see if my conclusions were right.
Again many apologises

"should someone with a penis ejaculate ("come") inside the vaginal opening, or very directly unto the vulva -- things that can't happen when people are dressed, or aren't likely to with indirect transfer, like with semen from penis to hand to vulva -- then we've got some of the other things needed for a potential pregnancy: semen and sperm cells."
"someone with a penis has also ejaculated inside the vagina or very nearby (and by nearby, I mean on the genitals, not on someone's thighs, chest or a few feet away)."
"The way people become pregnant, setting aside in-vitro technologies, is through direct vulval or vaginal contact with semen that is being ejaculated right there and then. Sperm cells can only stay motile up to around a half hour or so in an environment that is unfriendly to them"
These parts of the article would show that what I asked in my question isn't at all possible yeah?
