what masturbation techanique is best? as i m doing both prone and tradtional type masturbation,mostly prone but wondering as mostly mens are doing traditional type masturbation so am i doing any wrong as i m doing prone masturbation most often than traditional and it feels more aroused and sensual to me than traditional,in short can i do masturbation in any way(as i sometimes masturbates only via rubbing my penis during porn watching) or should be in certain way ? thank you

There is no one formula or method for masturbation, and no "bad" or "wrong" ways to touch yourself. Whatever feels best to you is what you should do!

If you see anything online, or elsewhere, stating that there is something "unhealthy" about prone masturbation, that is untrue. In general, you can often often tell that something is not a credible source if it claims to that there are certain right and wrong ways to explore sex and sexuality. As long as what you are doing is safe and consensual, you can go ahead!
